Pros

I like that it is organically sourced, canadian, and includes three types of collagen. The taste is similar to what you'd expect from a ramon noodle package. It dissolves in hot water easily and has 9g of protein for every 10 grams of powder.

My shoulder pain is much better now. I like to think it contributed to the healing process. Aside from flavour the results are great, my skin looks amazing and my hair and nails too.

Cons

The taste of this product is awful. Ordered a flavorless one instead. The fermented gym sock taste is difficult to get past. I was told to return the product to amazon and see my doctor about my digestive issues.
