Cons
All of the products have citric acid and it is not sourced from citrus fruits as states. Every-time i use this the taste makes me cringe.
No reassurance at all. Couldn’t use it. Wrentham straight to the trash. I personally find it disgusting.

If you have sensitivities to vit d in the pill form it may be because most vit d is made from lanolin an oil that comes from sheep’s wool
