Pros

The gummies are easy to chew and or *. From what i can tell, they're easy and mostly palatable, and drinking water or coffee after helped with any aftertaste. These are so yummy that i look forward to taking them each morning.

This is the only omega 3 i have tried that doesn't give you that * fishy aftertaste. They are a great addition and have an amazing taste it is a combination between mango and peaches, not too sweet but not plain.

Cons

The flavor is pretty terrible and leaves a waxy coating in your mouth. These taste peculiar; not downright awful, but not something you would be tempted to take an extra one.
