This is the best homemade ice cream i've ever found. Creamy, creamy, very good.
Cons
This product contains disodium phosphate. No way will my wife and i ever consume disodium phosphate. Please sell pasteurized heavy cream and dairy products rather than harming your customers.

Formerly this was not the case for this item but now theyre putting additives in the hwc even in the 365 heavy cream which was formerly the absolute best

If you dont mind additives today gellan gum is still considered gras generally recognized as safe but i dont trust any of them

We could separate the cream from the milk and when we bought cream it was all cream
