Pros

Organic flake oats. Finely shreaded, good packaging, fresh. Stays fresh, is very flavorful.

It's very tasty and it helps soothe my stomach. Adds a nice non dairy creamer taste. Perfect for baking and adding to protein shakes and smoothies.

Cons

These are literally grinned as small as brown sugar - very disappointed. This coconut is more like dried coconut granules. The product has no coconut flavor, smell, and is very dry. It is tasteless.

Even their prop 65 warning on their website is copied from the internet. No return policy and no way to contact the seller.

Because i do a lot of cooking using unsweetened coconut this was a great price point and convenience for me

I assumed it was based on a quick glance at the two prices

Big bag was 17 something for 2 pounds small bag was 8 something

The ad didnt mention it but the package does have a zip seal

Also there are some other pleasant surprises printed on the packaging

Coconut grows on palm trees is sweet enough without manufacturers adding another sweet to it before packaging

Competitiveness

Comparing it to another brand which has soduum metabisulfate for whiteness not even close

Then i saw how fine the shreds were compared to the grocery story brands

I recently made macaroons with another product from an ethnic market and the oils in it had gone slightly rancid
