Rooibos has a slightly sweet, mellow flavor, and is good any time of the day. I am a black tea drinker cutting down on caffeine and this is the only acceptable alternative. It tastes great hot or iced too.
Red bush tea has a tangy, sweet flavor. It has a delicious dry grassy aroma and is so calming.
Cons
But the red rooibos i received has a very bitter and harse taste.
