Pros
It helps a lot with my anxiety, autoimmune disease and insomnia. It incorporates all parts from the mycelium to the body. It’s afforable and lasts me a couple months.
Cons
The ingredient on this product is cordyceps--a completely different mushroom. It says reishi on the bottle but the ingredients say ophiocordycps sinensis. I hope that no one out there has an allergy to cordyceps.
