Pros

This tea has a mild earthy aroma. The aroma is just what an assam should be, slightly sweet and malty. This is my favorite darjeeling tea. Mango is our favorite, even better than the pricier china mist tea that used to be our favorite.

I use 5 heaping tablespoons per gallon of water and let it steep overnight. I use it in a very large cup and it could maybe be a little stonger for that, but is very good strength for most cups.

Cons

Non-refundable. Trying to use the default process for returning through amazon just sends you into a dead end circle. It's going into the garbage after i write this.
