Pros
Great vitamin, digests well, and has a good balance of ingredients. This multivitamin replaces everything and nothing absorbs better than this.
Cons
Two of my capsules were broken upon arrival. The other 58 now taste like the powder. The powder ends up on your hands to smell weird and on your counter to clean up.
