As someone who had given up on pre workouts due to concerns about ingredients, i am thrilled to have discovered this gem. The mix is “earthy” flavor and it doesn’t disintegrate immediately. Every ingredient listed is something you know.

Cons

The glycemic index for the rice syrup is 98 way to high. It says there are 20 servings in a container, there's barely 10 and it does not taste good. I honestly feel that it should have a money back since it is so costly.
