I purchased these grains as a recommendation from my neighbour they have worked well produced kefir in 36 hours and now 2 months later i get kefir every day if needed

They took a while to get started and for the first couple of weeks i only made small batches and then gradually increased it

The grains didnt look much when they arrived but after only using them once they have multiplied to about a good teaspoon full so i can now enjoy home made kefir every day
