Already in the second week of use you feel significant changes in your wellbeing more endurance energy better concentration it is easier to fall asleep at night and wake up early in the morning usually for many years i went to bed very late at 234 am and woke up at 1112 in the morning feeling tired and broken and with these mushrooms i wake up without an alarm clock full of strength
