The capsules have no strong odor and there isn't much of a taste either. No noticeable side effects. One effect is fibromyalgia, it helps with it!
Lion’s mane mushroom and its extract have been shown to have a variety of health benefits. This product is organic and has no preservatives. I have erosive gastritis and lions mane fruiting bodies help to heal the stomach.

This product is just another ineffective fad supplement. It's too bad because the price was great.

Lions mane is supposed to be a subtle tool working in the background and not so much something that you feel like caffeine though it does show a synergistic effect when the two are taken in combination
