Pros
It gives a very calming effect to the mind, looks beautiful and may reduce blood pressure by acting as an ace inhibitor. Hibiscus is very healthy as well. That's why i drink plenty of this type of herbal tea.
Cons
The tea is fake, the flavour is so artificial and the color too.
