Pros

The capsules are a little big, but they're smooth & not all that difficult to *. They're on the larger side, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, you may have trouble with these.

Coconut oil has at least 100 health benefits, including most importantly for me healthy digestion and normal bowel movements. They help to regulate my digestive system and to curb my appetite.

My skin, hair, and breastmilk is all so healthy. My hair and skin are noticably softer. No lotion needed.

Zenvita coconut oil is responsibly sourced and unrefined in it's purest form.

Each capsule contains 1000 milligrams, which seems like a lot, but obviously is only equal to 1 gram. Cold pressed unrefined certified organic extra * coconut oil is so much easier to tolerate.
