Pros

Coconut butter is incredibly delicious. The oil and "pulp" (the white actual coconut meat) are fully incorporated. Bought for the first time to use to make paleo sugar cookie frosting.

Place jar in hot water to soften the butter, then to stir it. Taste is perfect, spreads easier if mixed up a little more, but i like to have a spoonful right out of the jar! I've tried it in some smoothies & it adds an extra pop to the taste.

Great product. Shipped quickly and care was taken to package this item. Recommended by my medical practioner for application to dry skin on my posterior.

Cons

Difficult to remove from jar when chilled. Not smooth at all. Tried whipping it w a blender.
