Pros
I find myself functioning longer with a later start to lunch. If i feel a cold or bug coming on, i immediately take 2 capsules. Then, increase the dose in small increments, just in case.
Seems to work as advertised. It's too soon to say if it's better than regular cinnamon. It does what it's s'posed to.
The cinnamon in my kitchen is cassia cinnamon, which is different.
Cons
The best thing about this product is that it's harmless. The problem with this brand is that the capsules float up to the roof of your mouth and stay there because they float. That makes them difficult to *.

Excellent product uses for blood sugar control i take it with turmeric and black pepper pills
That supplement nearly put me in the hospital after two weeks use because it contained a lot of coumadin which is a blood thinner
Ceylon barely registers any amount of coumadin and i have had no problems
Price
Wish this was a bit cheaper but theyre good supplements
It helps lowers your blood sugar but of course do not abuse your body price is reasonable too

Up until recently i have been ordering ceylon cinnamon from another company

Wish is was 1500 mg instead of 1000mg but i guess its ok

Not sure if any brand helps with my diabetes but will continue taking as long as they are safe
