Finished the five last night and tried the griddle. Make sure, you leave a nice coating, notto think or the season won't be right!

Cons

Flaxseed oil is the worst thing you can use for seasoning cast iron. It is expensive, it goes rancid fast, it flakes and shatters from the iron. Also plagiarizing jeff roger's seasoning method is not cool.
