Pros

A simple instruction is on the bottle and so far so good! It works all you have to do is follow the directions and have patience because it takes awhile to do this.

This flaxseed oil is worth the price. It is not too oily. Better than veggie oil.

Cons

The unreasonably high cost of this oil and low smoke point makes it impractical to use even once. It goes rancid fast, it flakes and shatters from the iron leaving black specks in your food. Odor is a little funky and tastes bitter.

It works, but for 4 oz of this stuff it’s $15. Now they are both ruined. It's mediocre at best. An utter waste of money.
