Pros

Just rinse it well to remove any sand particles, soak it in spring water overnight, rinse it again and blend it up with a small amount of spring water. The blended product is like a gel. This is very easy to use with fruit as a blended drink.

Three colored samples of dehydrated/dry/raw/caribbean blend, sea moss. Tastes nothing like sea moss but delicious! The flavor helps my cravings for salt.

What was the deciding point for me is the many minerals it contains, the digestion benefits, the immune boosting benefits and the anti-inflammatory.

Nice sized bag and wonderful colors. Great quality and value. Worth every dime. Nice mixture of sea moss as well.
