I did drop the company an email with the above feedback and got a very helpful reply explaining how most people do feel that the pillow is over filled hence they advise to remove some of the stuffing to suit each individual

I say that as someone who has experienced years of neck and back problems that meant that if i slept on anything other than my little buckwheat pillow i always regretted it
