Pros
It really helps eliminate the numbness and tingling in my fingertips and toes due to the capillary damage caused by the chemo. No lumps or clumps, just fine powder. It has a good taste, it doesn't clump up, it's easy to use.
Cons
The powder in this package is brown with a staled smell. After stirring-shaking considerably the product still has powder clumps floating on top of the glass.
My heart skips beats from stimulants like caffeinated beverages or too much chocolate. I feel like i've been hit by a freight train after consuming this stuff. Bp hours later after breakfast160/100.

The product itself is pure beetroot powder so there are crumbles and not easy to mix though i like it
