Pros & Cons
Pros
This amaranth is delicious. Great for cookies.
Amaranth grain is a miracle food. The seed is of good quality, no particulate floating around in the grains. It's great to have fresh whole-grain flour!
Well packaged, fast delivery great service-thanks. Definitely gonna repurchase. This brand is very dependable.
Cons
Skimming the top & discarding the settlement at the bottom. It’s not edible.
