Pros

Charcoal is great for pulling toxins from the body. I use it as a binder an hour after taking antimicrobial herbs, and after eating something that upset my stomach. Activated charcoal is the only'supplement', that will remove mercury from your brain.

Burping up charcoal is an unsettling experience. The charcoal soaks up whatever's in your system. It escorts offending substances out through your poop.

One pill equals two of the other brands. Honestly, they all seem about the same, except that these are double strength.

It works for occasional bloating. Not 100 percent but helps. You really just have to experiment.
