If you prefer a neutrally flavored mild shake, this one is great. It's neutral enough to blend with fruit or yogurt if you want some extra energy. The chocolate shake is the only one i’ve had and the taste great.

This thing is yummy. The price is a little high, but anything that’s healthy is pricey. Price is not bad either for the ingredients.

They taste good and don't feel like i'm compromising. They have more calories than ensure, which i appreciate because they actually help me keep calories up! The only drawback is they do have a little more sugar than i would prefer to have.
