Pros

This is hands down my favorite plant-based nutrition drink i have tried. Such a wonderful non dairy option for my husband's journey during cancer treatment.

It is very smooth, not chalky or gritty at all. It isn't * or grainy in texture. The consistency is super smooth, there is no chalky aftertaste.

If you prefer a neutrally flavored mild shake, this one is great. The chocolate shake is the only one i’ve had and the taste great. I like having the additional nutrients to make it a meal, or an add on.

Cons

The new vegan orgain drinks only have 16 grams of protein instead of 20 grams. The creamy chocolate version here tastes artificial, almost chemical, and has a chalky consistency. The vanilla is very bland and tasteless.

The price is a little high but anything that’s healthy is pricey

I pack a freezer pack in my lunchbox and toss a shake inside it

Some in my box were defective but i just used my thumb to punch it open

I will keep looking for a better option these didnt cut it for me but might be ok for others
