Pros

My son, who has celiac disease, loves these. They are too chewy for me, but they have lots of nuts and are a good protein source. This makes a nice on-the-go bar to carry. It's not too sweet.

Cons

Texture gummy and grainy. All i taste is alcohol. The few chunks of chocolate chips make them very slightly tolerable.
