Cons

Formula uses erythritol, which has a very unpleasant aftertaste. Flavor isn't horrible, but it is chalky. I feel like it leaves an after taste and filmy feeling in my mouth.

2 scoops 11 ounce cold water and a few ice cubes into the blender and you have a meal in about 2 minutes

I mixed 2 scoops of the chocolate protein powder with a whole banana and 12 oz of unsweetened almond milk

My husband loves this protein powder but unfortunately every time i try to use it my throat gets scratchy and sore

Great price saved a trip to local health store

Am on my second container of this and will continue to buy as long as the price is fairly reasonable

This has been one of the better tasting brands to fit our needs

I have found that the price has really gone up in the past year or two and there are other options out there so i dont buy this anymore
