Pros
Good quality ingredients, no artificial sugars or flavors. My only complaint is the cost. This problem is easily solved by requiring up a back-up payment method.

Cons
Both flavors are thin and watery.
Drink is now so thick and globular that you can't even pour the product out of the carton to drink it. It is 6 months beyond expiration date. It's disgusting when you are expecting a smooth drink and suddenly find a slimy glob in the back of your *.
Customer service is non-existent. Don’t they test their product reformulations? I’d ask for a refund but i flushed half the case because it was bad. It's too expensive to mess around with poor quality product repeatedly.

I have been drinking orgain off and on for years
Disappointment all around for amazon and orgain as a company
That having been said i would buy even more of the orgain drinks if you cut the high amount of sugar you put into this
