Pros

I try to consume at least 90 grams of protein a day and on those days when it's tough or i just want a healthy and filling snack - these are my go to. I drink this before an early morning exercise and it gives me energy for my hard workout.

Cons

Product expired over a year ago. Noticed it's doubled in price. Won't buy again. I hate when i find a product thats not so popular but a good product then it becomes popular and turns to *.

They are probably fine nutritionally; but taste awful.

The main ingredient, the grass fed milk protein, is not organic. That product is lactose and dairy free. The third ingredient is agave, which from things i have read by nutritionists is a fairly high glycemic sweetener.
