Firstly a massive thanks to the anonymous reviewer from canada who on 24122021 said then you plug the hdmi from your tv earc output into the orei earc output

I leave it off most of the time as i usually just watch the news or whatever without my amp on

It seems early “4k” receiver models cant handle the apple tv 4ks dolby mat format just like they cant handle a 4k uhd bluray
