The cards are very vivid in colour, and they have a wide variety of creatures. They are larger and thicker board circles – 15 pairs with bright and colourful illustrations to match up or sequence. As always with orchard toys, the cards are printed wit... Read More

Each disk has animals which can be counted and add an educational element over and above problem solving. Animal pictures adorn them so you can discuss what they are, what colour they are and what the number says.
Orchard toys are a big hit with my pre-schooler in particular. Shopping game, penguin pairs and where’s my cupcake? Are also popular. Orchard toys are excellent for pre school children as well as children who have already started school.

These cards are surprisingly large needlessly so i might suggest making it difficult to play on a small table and more suitable to playing on a floor which a cynic might say has been done to disguise the fact there’s not very much to this game… but on the flipside of that i suppose it’s easier for particularly young hands
