Pros
Has both a narrow beam and good spill. Center of the d550 seems more intense and the edges seem more sharply focused.
Magnetic switch works well and is responsive cycling between high, low and strobe beam easily. Easy to turn on and off with gloves. the switch has a long push, and is recessed into the handle.
The light includes two batteries & charger. Includes soft goodman handle. Includes two 18650 3400 mih batteries and charger. The package includes 2 rechargeable 18650 batteries.
For such a small flashlight, the quality is unbelievable. Functionally the lights themselves are perfectly fine and just what i wanted. If you're looking for a great dive light, this is the light for you.
The d550 dive light does what it is supposed to do. It feels sturdy in hand and with the three o rings it feels like it will last longer. It also makes a great gift for a diver or outdoor enthusiast in your life.
Cons
The same set has a charger that doesn't properly seat batteries. It's extremely annoying to try to charge the battery using that charger as i have to fiddle with it to get it to charge. There aren't any instructions included with the wristband.

I have been using the d550 6 weeks and it has seen 21 dives and no malfunction or defect has been made apparent

For the price you can’t beat it

It comes with two 18650 3400mah rechargeable batteries and a charger so you can swap between dives but for us we found we could always use it for at least 2 dives before changing battery so that was a big plus
