Then the board has a groove you pass the corn cob along which then slices the kernels off

That way it balances on the cutting board when you peel off the kernals

When the corn is harvested you can buy a bushel if you live near farmlands dirt cheap

I would advise wearing some type of glove perhaps setting aside a pair of vinyl coated work gloves for kitchen use as it can be hard to grip with all the liquid from the kernels and the force needed to strip the cobs ended up battering my knuckles a bit my fault i shouldve gloved up when it first happened

The pictures show the corn i got off 3 cobs when i made soup

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The second swipe ended up going too far so the curved guard mushed the top of the kernels

I am taking a single star off this little gadget because while its good its not perfect
