Pros & Cons
Pros
This couche is high quality, dense material. The customer service is second to none.
It's not too heavy and seems to have just the right amount of stiffness. Not flimsy. There are some on amazon made using flax instead of cotton, but i noticed that they are a bit hairy.
Cons
This is useless. They just fade out. And it's impossible to clean.
Highlights
Quality
I love the fact that the fabric of this couche is not so stiff and will hold its shape when proofing your baguettes
Great proofing cloth good quality and i am sure it willlast for a long time
Dough doesn’t stick on this fabric easily
Don’t unless you do it by hand lest you soften it o the point of lost utility
Price
I don’t have baguette pans not because they are too expensive but because my storage space is too limiting
Packaging/appearance
It was clean out of the package and has no odor beyond the natural smell of cotton
Since two came in the package there is always one extra clean one available
The package comes with straightforward instructions for care
