Doesnt seem to do much or maybe very little for existing plaque i see it turn gooey and gummy in some places and that can be removed but for thick calcified plaque it doesnt seem to work on

I scaled their teeth before using it so they had a fresh start and they still ended up getting buildup but it was much less than what they normally get before it would quickly reach gingivitis level in a week of no brushing now it takes a month and then it is just barely starting little red line along the gum
