Once youve put them together pull very strongly on the top section till a button pops out

They are easy to set up once you know how you might have to revert back to the visual instructions on amazon under the product description as there are no instructions with the poles

Ive got a couple of sets of this type of trekking pole these are the cheapest the storage pouch and build quality isnt as good as other trekking poles i own but for £26 they are ok

What you get is 4 sections 2 are “loose” with a wire down the center between the two that is pulled tight by the 3rd section and a pop out button and the 4th section as a standard cliplock method

I’m not a fan of the feet tips as only work if in the right ordination to the ground

Overall not bad for the price for a basic set or spare set a unique design however not a great range in adjusting for height i worked ok for me at 5’ 11” but no good for children or shorter people
