Messy but minor
While slicing some of the meat was going behind the blade at the bottom and some small bits were flung away for me onto the back splash on my counter
It will come off easier if you use goo gone and then warm soapy water
Then use a 2 or 3 phillips screwdriver to loosen and remove the 3 screws holding the blade
