Lacking installation instructions for the infrared sensor to the electric panel of gate opener. This motor is incomplete parts no batteries in remote the sprocket motor is so bad we need adjustments is to much problem!

Only came with two round and two square ubolts

Was very easy to install however after 6 months of very light use the dummy sprocket stripped and sheered the bolt and now it’s unusable halfway open

I can’t seem to find a replacement dummy sprocket bolt and no way to contact seller

Update after some time the seller did follow through and send a sprocket

I think the dummy sprockets should have threading that can shear off
