Product works and makes it easy to remove caulk. It removes grime that is hard to remove. It works perfectly, effortlessly, while being non-toxic and smells nice.

Cons

I have yet to find something where it gave satisfactory results. Had to cut thru the plastic bottle to get the top off with tin cutters. Could not remove by hand.
