Pros
The support belt was recommended by my therapist. It is just a narrow band that holds the si joints firmly in place. This is to keep your * bone together.
This one is more sturdy support. My only con is that i wish it was black and not. It is not stretchy like the cheapo ones.
Cons
The small size is just a cut down version of the large size, and only cut down on one side. However, it is not at all as pictured, even on the enclosed instructions. It is not returnable.
The buckling system is large and unwieldy, and has the potential to cause abdominal hernias. The materials used on it weren't made for the intense velcro usage needed to support your si. It is made of * plastic materials.

I have had mine for almost 2 years the velcro keeps loosing it grip so i have to keep readjusting the other end to vary where the final closing velcro hits
