Pros & Cons
Pros
I am pleasantly surprised as to how sturdy the foam is. Good quality foam.
The pro * is not expensive andit’s worth every penny. This slanted foam piece is exactly what is used in the pt office. Has proven helpful in conjunction with recommendations per my physical therapist.
Cons
The surface for your feet is very slippery. No good with socks or bare feet. The material is too soft to allow proper stretching of my calf muscles.
