Total disappointment. Its a shallow bowl on a mat. It's not stable. It is not easy to position and stay positioned while rocking.

Definitely worth the money for pain relief and for your daily workout regimen and or routine
A rather expensive but effective device if you use it regularly and properly
The nonslip mat it comes with is meh but for half the price i like it

A little too early to judge pain relief but it is giving lower back a 3d workout compared to most 2d phsion exercises
