Pros
Opti is a multi vitamin that has done magic for me. It's a little big but very easy to *.
This 2 months supply is an economical choice. Was a little nervous about reupping due to some reviews noting changes in the branding and % daily values. Ordered my second bottle to continue.
Cons
After a few weeks i was cramping and spotting. I believe the culprit is the * quai, an herb that affects estrogen. Please be very careful with these pills.

Easy to swollen soft gentle to the stomach to digest

I don’t bruise as easily but my urine is neon yellow when i take 2 capsules which points to excess riboflavin

It does turn your urine green though i need to try drinking more water to see if that helps
