Pros & Cons
Pros
It contains 6g of l-citrulline, 300mg of caffeine, and 3. G of creatine. Beta alanine helps with muscular endurance.
Light and fresh tasting. Results in an obvious energy boost with no unpleasant anxiety, nervousness, or hot flashes.
A full scoop is 300 mg caffeine which instantly perks you up, but did not give me that jittery/tingly feeling. One serving has good amount of caffeine and i take this at least 3-4 hours before sleep time.
Holy hand grenade mix is about as potent as i've ever had. Mixes well without any clumps or a chalky taste. Not at all grainy when mixed in water.
Standard pew-workout. Optimum nutrition tends to be a little pricier than other brands but it is completely justified because you’re paying for a high-quality product that you won’t regret. Especially for caffeine, it is roughly equivalent to 7.
Cons
The promise of intense energy, pumps and performance are erroneous. This is a strange reaction as i normally live on caffeinated beverages and i didn't even have a lot of this.
Highlights
Quality
All quality ingredients and no hype ingredients
This is an excellent product with the appropriate amount of ingredients and a delicious flavor berry blast
Be aware this product contains a total of 6
Flavor isn’t that great however but who cares if the product works this good
Packaging/appearance
I wish they would remove the coloring
Either eat something andor drink a lot of water to flush out the preworkout out of your system
Competitiveness
Ive tried several preworkout brands and was recently using pro supps mr hyde
The pump and increase to endurance is tame in comparison to other preworkouts but for the price the increase in performance is quite good
It had over 400mg caffeine and it was the only preworkout that really affected me at all
I will continue using because its increasing hard to find a preworkout with creatine doesnt contain ace k and is from a trustworthy company
