Pros
The natural caffeine is very smooth and steady. The citrulline elicits great bloodflow and pump. Beta alanine and creatine help reduce muscle fatigue.

This product is perfect for an athlete. Great for weight lifting. It really really gives you the umph you need to get through your workout.
A full scoop is 300 mg caffeine which instantly perks you up, but did not give me that jittery/tingly feeling. The formula is simple and isn't loaded with a ton of unnatural ingredients.
A good boost in energy and alertness. This has a lot of caffeine (300mg/scoop) which i'm sure helps with feeling more energetic, but i like the electrolyte mix because i need as many electrolytes as i can get.
Cons
The berry blast taste is bad. The promise of intense energy, pumps and performance are erroneous. This is a strange reaction as i normally live on caffeinated beverages and i didn't even have a lot of this.

Ive tried several preworkout brands and was recently using pro supps mr hyde
It had over 400mg caffeine and it was the only preworkout that really affected me at all
