    The added value is in the extension screen that come with it for those cases where you can not see the numbers on the board itself

    That change happened around the time pcie was replacing pci so there are motherboards out there with pci slots that will not show anything useful on this card

    It worked for me on a socket 939 board but not on an am2 board
