Pros

The optima charger revived old batteries (wet cell) that dealers said were bad. It has an overnight resting voltage of 12.

Optima yellow top. Bought 2 of these for my plow truck. The side posts connect to my vehicle and i use the top post for a quick connect booster kit.

Has lasted three years and been through a beating. The 4-stars are not a reflection on the battery. These batteries are awesome.

Cons

It’s so dead (drained) that the optima charger cant even begin the charge. It's quite disappointing that this more expensive battery failed so much more quickly.

They not only are much smaller than stock/recommended batteries but the way they are held in place requires using their riser/base. Wrong amount of cca.

After taking the advertised measurements and comparing them with the original battery i was convinced it would be a perfect fit

I just ran a battery tester on it and it tests good with 725cca

On top of the initial quality when i left for military purposes and had to store the car the battery died and wouldnt recharge

I write reviews so you dont waste your time finding quality

Price

The price is higher now than it was in the pass but so are all batterys

Had tp chnage the tie down bracket but it was a minimal cost

Its slightly heavier than the comparable normal battery but it more than makes up for the added poundage with reliability
