Unfortunately the soundbar though polk audio is fairly sub par so when i removed the paper thin optical cable it came with i didnt notice a huge difference but it feels thick sturdy and flexible

Im hearing static while using this cord not sure if its the cable or my surround sound using hdmi there is no static using bluetooth and wifi there is static using this cord there is faint static but its enough to be distracting

Im just not positive that its this cord because the surround sound is some off brand wackadoodle from deepest darkest china
