Once i uninstalled it and restarted my computer via the temporary account that windows had placed me in everything was fine again so if youre running windows 8

Also dont bother connecting it to your computer with a usb cable it pops up an icon in the bottom right corner that informs you that it is plugged in not charging

I had a ups for the modem but the new fiber optic white box was installed in the garage and was not happy without power filtration

My backpack pump didnt work so well on this when it was on battery as that motor is a magnetic drive type motor
